  • We reserve each appointment slot exclusively for you. To keep our schedule running smoothly for all clients, please note we require the following:

    • 24 hour notice required for established patients

    • 48 hour notice required for new patients

    • Any cancellations or no-shows without proper notice will result in a full charge for the missed appointment.

    • A $75 fee will be assessed for all 15-min Psychiatric Service Appointment Cancellations

    Why we do this

    Last-minute gaps are rarely refillable, and the fee helps cover clinician time that was set aside exclusively for you. Thank you for giving as much notice as possible so another patient can step into the slot.

  • We welcome clients from age 16 through 64. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

  • For clarity: our practice doesn’t issue narcotic prescriptions, manage long-term benzodiazepine therapy, or take on expert-witness services, or long-term disability cases.
